Episode 141: Harambe loves you

I know there’s a shitload of exercise plans out there, but the truth is all you need is those three exercises and go for a walk every couple of days. Don’t eat like a pig and don’t drink more than you have to and you’ll be fine. That is if you’re just looking to maintain weight. If you want to lose weight, I hope you like be hungry and sober.
